Apply for the 2027 SHINE Scholarship
Shine Cville is awarding $500 to at least 1 LGBTQ+ graduating senior from Charlottesville City or Albemarle County to support their next step into college, trade school, or the workforce.
The funds are unrestricted. You can use them however they’ll help you most.
Apply by May 1, 2027.
Who can apply?
You’re eligible if you:
Identify as LGBTQ+.
Are a graduating senior from Charlottesville City or Albemarle County.
Plan to enter college, a trade program, or the workforce after graduation.
